Due to sourcing our products from various worldwide suppliers, please allow 15-45 days for your items to arrive. As we offer free delivery across all our products, the delivery time varies but can take up to a minimum of 15 days to arrive from being dispatched.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, we have a 60 days returns policy where you are able to send your items back to us and get a full refund (items must be in original unopened packaging when sending back to us and customers are liable for any costs for returning items back to us). If you item is faulty upon delivery, then we offer the same returns policy however your item will be checked when received back before the refund is issued.

Please note that we do not offer any form of faster delivery service and will we are not able to open up any form of lost package query with the delivery provider until at least 45 days from the date of order has passed.
